How does shipping work at KROEMER?
1. Ordering and order processing: Once you have ordered a car lift, the order is processed by a member of staff at Kroemer. Processing includes checking the order, preparing the delivery and coordinating with our logistics department.

2. Logistics and shipping: The logistics department in Hamburg forwards the order to the shipping company. Once the order is on its way, the shipping company will contact you by email or phone.

3. Delivery and installation: Once the lifting platform has arrived at your premises, it will be unloaded. Depending on the model, a forklift truck may be required on the customer's side for unloading. The lifting platform can then be assembled. The KROEMER assembly service can also be booked in addition to the platform order.

4. Customer service and support: Even after delivery, KROEMER is always available for questions or maintenance work. Customer service ensures that you are satisfied with the lifting platform and can use it properly.

Each item description also includes information on shipping costs, customs clearance and other import fees.

If the delivery address is abroad, orders must be placed in the respective online shops:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, England, France, Italy.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply, such as additional taxes and/or duties, for example in the form of customs duties.

If international shipping is offered for the respective product, the seller offers the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the product description:

2. Cash payment upon collection (only possible for customers collecting in person in Berlin)

Delivery time if available

Availability:


The current availability of each item is displayed on the website. The specified delivery time naturally refers to the actual availability of the goods.

Delivery time:

The goods are only released for shipment once payment has been received. In the next step, your goods are prepared for shipment by the carrier.

The delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 working days. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. If, in exceptional cases, an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.

Self-collection

In the case of self-collection, the customer will first be informed by the seller by email or telephone that the goods they have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email or phone call, the customer can collect the goods after consultation with the seller. In this case, only a flat-rate shop fee will be charged.

The collection of goods with a box van is not permitted. This regulation is based on logistical and safety considerations to ensure the proper and safe transport of the goods. Customers are requested to use vehicles that meet the specified criteria and enable the safe handling of the goods.
