A mobile lifting platform makes working even more flexible due to its mobility than with permanently installed stationary lifting platforms because it does not have to be installed at a specific location in the workshop. Especially nowadays in owner-managed car workshops, things might change from one day to the next, depending on the season and the mood on social media. Where yesterday there was space in the front left corner for car work, today it is in the right rear part of the workshop and on warm days sometimes outside. Rental workshops can react flexibly to demand here. A rush of customers when changing tires can also be served outdoors with a mobile scissor lift in spring or late autumn at peak order times. Furthermore, a mobile lifting platform can be a blessing for workshops with underfloor heating, as they usually do not have to be fixed on the floor.

How much does the mobile lift cost?

Mobile lifting platforms are usually somewhat more expensive than stationary lifting platforms, since mobility requires greater statics or stability than fixed lifting platforms. Due to these increased demands on the stability of the mobile lifting platforms, more steel has to be installed as standard than with the non-mobile lifting platforms. Furthermore, a mobile kit is added to mobile lifting platforms. The prices for mobile lifting platforms start from €1,600. Depending on the equipment, weight and lifting height, there are no upper limits. In addition, due to the high weight, there are shipping costs of around €200 per machine unit.
