Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We will collect the goods. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, amounting to EUR 299 for private customers or EUR 499 for commercial customers. If the return costs are lower, you will only pay these costs. If the return costs are higher, we will pay the difference.

You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
