We endeavour to resolve any disputes arising from our contractual relationship with our customers amicably. However, we are neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board; we will only consider participation on a case-by-case basis once a dispute has arisen. If a direct agreement cannot be reached, we will inform you of our decision in accordance with the statutory provisions, as well as the contact details of the relevant consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The ordinary legal remedies remain open to both parties. The statutory provisions apply to the consumer jurisdiction. In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU, the European Commission has established an online dispute resolution platform (“ODR platform”) for disputes between traders and consumers.
