The ALL002 hydraulic pump is a suitable replacement part for compatible Kroemer short-rise scissor lifts. It is installed within the hydraulic power unit and pumps the hydraulic oil into the cylinders. This supports the required pressure build-up and reliable operation of the lifting mechanism.

With a displacement of 1.6 cm³ per revolution, the pump is designed for the corresponding hydraulic system of the lift. The compact component is made from aluminium and steel, combining a low weight with a robust construction for regular workshop use.

A worn or damaged hydraulic pump may cause delayed pressure build-up, reduced lifting performance, unusual operating noises or uneven lifting movement. Important application note

Before ordering, carefully compare the item number, displacement, dimensions, housing shape, connection positions and direction of rotation with the existing hydraulic pump. Visually similar pumps may differ in terms of displacement, connections and direction of rotation.

Replacement must only be carried out by qualified personnel when the lift is fully lowered, switched off and secured against unintentional activation. The hydraulic system must be fully depressurised before dismantling.

After installation, check that the connections and seals are correctly fitted and leak-tight. The hydraulic oil level, pumping direction, pressure build-up and smooth raising and lowering movement of the lift must also be checked.
