Sliding block with metal bracket for Kroemer TP22 2-post lift – II489

The II489 sliding block is a precision-fit replacement part for the Kroemer TP22 2-post lift. It is fitted inside the lift carriage and supports smooth, low-friction guidance within the post.

The durable Teflon sliding block reduces direct contact between moving metal components and the post structure. This helps reduce friction, noise and premature wear within the guide system. The supplied metal bracket is optional; whether it is required depends on the fit of the sliding block. When used, it supports secure installation inside the lift carriage.

During regular operation, the sliding blocks may become worn over time. Timely replacement helps reduce unnecessary play in the lift carriage and maintain smooth, precise lifting movement.

A total of eight sliding blocks are fitted per post. Therefore, 16 sliding blocks are required to fully equip the Kroemer TP22 2-post lift.

Important application note

Before ordering, check compatibility using the item number, lift model and dimensions of the existing component, as well as the required order quantity. Eight sliding blocks are fitted per post. Therefore, a total of 16 pieces are required to replace all sliding blocks on both posts.

Installation must only be carried out by qualified personnel when the lift is fully lowered, switched off and secured against unintentional activation. After installation, check that the sliding blocks and metal brackets are seated correctly and that the lift carriages move smoothly within the posts.
