The X40 "Brighton" scissor lift contains extendable ramps that are very suitable for long-wheelbase cars, SUVs and T6s with normal wheelbases.

You know that: You have to use the jack again because your new sports car doesn't want to work with the lifting platform. Krömer has a solution to this annoying problem: the practical deflection aid allows vehicles to be lifted directly from the zero position. In addition, the deflection aid also works as a cushion for the lifts. No more loud cracks when lowering the lifting table!

Due to the flat construction of the scissors from Krömer, the "Brighton" X40 scissor lift enables space-saving storage. With the included mobile chassis (mobile kit), you can easily move your lift in the garage and/or rotate it 360° on the spot.In addition to the mobile stage, our mobile unit - control panel!

Thanks to its particularly robust 8 mm thick drive-on platforms, this Krömer lift can handle almost any vehicle (most competitors work with only 5 mm drive-on platforms).

The safety catches of our scissor lifts were also mounted directly on the cylinder, as has been proven with professional lifting platforms. This also includes the unique 3-edge protection, which prevents the rail from slipping along all sides, even in extreme cases. Should you decide to embed the platform in the ground (workshop pit), then you can remove the connecting rod.

With a new reinforcement of the movable scissors, this lift is also ideally suited for SUV areas. Due to the increased massiveness compared to the previous model, the weight of this lift has increased by 117 kg (to 637 kg).

Two limit switches are installed on the X40 mid-rise scissor lift: The upper switch acts as overpressure protection and prevents damage to the structure, the lower limit switch primarily protects you as the operator. Because this only activates the warning siren (CE Stop) for the last three of the ten seconds lowering time and ensures a low-noise working atmosphere - easy on ears and nerves. Most competition will have a peeping sound throughout the lift descent.

The astonishingly low drive-over height of an incredible 105 mm is also particularly astonishing.

One of the most common sources of error in scissor lifts are corroded air lift cylinders. Krömer products therefore have an oiler as standard, which is used to remove water from the compressed air circuit. The closed control panel to protect the electrics and the hydraulic motor completes the overall Krömer package.

At Krömer, we don't have our hard-chromed hydraulic cylinders manufactured in a backyard workshop, which is reflected in the lower susceptibility to errors and the reduced maintenance intensity. If something should stop working, we always have the right spare part ready for you. Just help yourself here in our shop.

Difference to X40 - X30 - X10: These scissor lifts are all mobile and have a load capacity of 3.0t. The difference between the stages "London" X10 and "Manchester" X30 lies in the construction of the safety lock. The London X10 is locked electrically on the floor plates of the lift and the Manchester X30 is locked by compressed air directly on the cylinder. The "Manchester" makes a more stable impression than the "London" due to the more solid locking on the cylinder. In contrast to the London, the London can also be used on cobblestones without any problems, since the safety catches are not on the base plate and can also compensate for small bumps. Due to its stability (net weight: approx. 571 kg), the scissors X30 would be ideal for body construction.hervorragend für Karosseriebau geeignet.

Deliver and unload:

You don't need a forklift, a loading ramp or other tools. The lifting platform will be unloaded for you by the forwarding agent. You will be informed of your forthcoming delivery 1 day in advance by telephone.

For trouble-free operation of the scissor lift and to avoid vehicle damage, there must be a room height of at least 3.20 m or 3.50 m for short-stroke scissor lifts (depending on the vehicle and lifting height of the lift). Please refer to the technical drawing for the dimensions of the lifting platform.
