Description
Mobile Short-Rise Scissor Lift Kroemer X47
The X47 scissor lift is specially designed to meet the demands of tyre and bodywork repairs. However, it also serves as the ideal workstation for servicing and interior work in the workshop. With a manageable investment, you can quickly set up an additional universal workstation – without the need for any foundation work.
The flat design of the lift allows for space-saving storage. With the mobile chassis (mobile kit), you can easily move the lift around the garage and rotate it 360° on the spot. No compressed air – and therefore no compressor – is required to operate the safety locks, as the X47 features automatic locking. The integrated auxiliary arm (deflection aid) efficiently transfers the lifting force, allowing the lift to reach its full load capacity even from the lowest position.
The powerful electric motor in hydraulic oil ensures quiet operation – gentle on the ears and nerves during everyday use. Another highlight of the control panel is the industrial control system, which comes as standard. The electrical system of the Kroemer control panel consists of only three main components: microcomputer control, circuit board, and motor contactor.
As part of the CE testing, the X47 scissor lift was tested with a test load of 4.1 tonnes. The permitted rated lifting capacity of the model is 3.5 tonnes. For operation, only the specified and labelled lifting capacity of 3.5 tonnes is applicable. The higher load used during the test procedure serves solely for the safety-related assessment of the lift.
Only the 400-volt version is suitable for lifting vans (depending on the wheelbase) or similar vehicles.
Attention: Before purchase, the vehicle wheelbase and the position of the lifting points on the sills must be checked.
The distance between the lifting points on the sills must not exceed 2,350 mm.
The lift is not approved for use with vehicles whose dimensions or lifting points are outside the specified limits. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage resulting from unsuitable vehicle positioning or lifting.
For initial commissioning, you will require 5 litres of HLP46 hydraulic oil (please refer to the operating instructions).

Note: To ensure trouble-free operation of the scissor lift and to avoid damage to the vehicle, the room height must be at least 3.20 m or 3.50 m for mid-rise scissor lifts (depending on the vehicle and lifting height of the lift). * Note on the Mobilkit: The Mobilkit is intended solely for positioning and moving the scissor lift. The Mobilkit must be completely removed before commissioning and before each use of the lift. The lift may only be operated on a suitable surface and must be properly secured to the floor. Use with the mobile kit installed or without secure floor anchoring is prohibited and can result in serious injury or property damage.
** Note regarding the included heavy-duty anchors: Before installation, contact the anchor manufacturer or your concrete and reinforced concrete contractor to verify that the included heavy-duty anchors are suitable for the existing workshop floor. If the surface is unsuitable or if you have any doubts, you must procure a suitable and approved anchor system yourself.
Unloading information
Despite the high-quality paint finish, minor scratches may occur during logistics handling, quality control, or assembly.
The metal transport frames attached around the lift serve as protective packaging and are part of the delivery packaging.
