Whether small cars or minibuses: thanks to the adjustable lifting platforms, all vehicles up to 3.0 tonnes can be easily lifted at the sills. This makes the X40 scissor lift our top model for multi-purpose vehicles, proven thousands of times in workshop use! The scissor lift is therefore ideally suited for commercial use.

The X40 also includes extendable ramps, making it ideal for vehicles with a long wheelbase, SUVs, and T6 models with a standard wheelbase.

You know how it is: you're forced to use the jack again because your new sports car doesn’t work with your existing lifting platform. Kroemer offers a solution to this frustrating problem – the practical deflection aid allows vehicles to be lifted directly from the zero position. It also functions as a cushion for the platforms, meaning no more loud crashing noises when lowering the lift!

Thanks to the flat design of the Kroemer scissor lift, the X40 over-floor scissor lift can be stored in a space-saving manner. With the included mobile chassis (mobile kit), you can easily move the lift around your garage and even rotate it 360° on the spot. In addition to the mobile lift, our mobile power unit – the control panel – is also included!

Thanks to its particularly robust 8 mm thick drive-on platforms, this Kroemer lift can handle almost any vehicle – most competitors only offer 5 mm platforms.

The safety catches on our platforms are mounted directly on the cylinder, following the proven design of professional lifting platforms. This includes our unique 3-sided protection, which prevents the guide rail from slipping in any direction – even under extreme conditions. If you choose to install the platform in the floor (workshop pit), the connecting rod can be removed.

With new reinforcement of the movable scissors, this platform is also ideal for SUVs. Due to its increased solidity compared to the previous model, the weight of this platform has increased by 117 kg (to 637 kg).

Two limit switches are installed on the X40 mid-rise scissor lift: the upper switch acts as overpressure protection and prevents damage to the structure, while the lower limit switch primarily protects you as the operator. This switch only activates the warning siren (CE Stop) for the last three of the ten seconds of the lowering time and ensures a quiet working atmosphere – easy on the ears and nerves. Most competitors emit a beeping sound throughout the entire lowering time of the platform.

The astonishingly low clearance height of an incredible 105 mm is also particularly impressive.

At Kroemer, we do not have our hard chrome-plated hydraulic cylinders manufactured in some backyard workshop, which is reflected in their lower susceptibility to faults and reduced maintenance requirements. Should something ever stop working, we always have the right spare part ready for you. Simply help yourself here in our shop.

Delivery and unloading: 

You do not need a forklift, loading ramp or other equipment. The lifting platform will be unloaded for you by the shipping company. You will be notified of your upcoming delivery by telephone one day in advance.

Note: To ensure trouble-free operation of the scissor lift and to avoid damage to the vehicle, the room height must be at least 3.20 m or 3.50 m for mid-rise scissor lifts (depending on the vehicle and lifting height of the lift). Please refer to the technical drawing for the dimensions of the lift.
