Sliding block for Kroemer 1- and 2-post lifts – I056

The I056 sliding block is a suitable replacement part for Kroemer SP60, SP41N, SP15, SP30, SP50 and TP50 post lifts. It is fitted to the lift carriage and supports smooth, low-friction guidance within the post.

During regular operation, the lift carriage is continuously in motion. The sliding blocks reduce direct contact between the moving metal components and the post structure. This supports precise guidance of the lift carriage and helps reduce friction, noise and premature wear.

Continuous mechanical stress may cause the sliding blocks to wear or become damaged over time. Worn sliding blocks can result in increased play, uneven movement or greater strain on the guide system. Timely replacement helps maintain reliable operation and professional servicing of the lift.

The sliding block is made from durable white rigid plastic. A total of eight sliding blocks are required per post. The item can be ordered individually or as a set of 16. The 16-piece set is therefore suitable for fully equipping a 2-post lift.

Important application note

Before ordering, check the lift model, item number and the shape and dimensions of the existing sliding blocks. A total of eight sliding blocks are required for one post. A 2-post lift therefore uses a total of 16 pieces.

Replacement should only be carried out by qualified personnel when the lift is fully lowered and secured against unintentional operation. After installation, check that the sliding blocks are seated correctly, that the lift carriage has the correct amount of play and that it moves smoothly within the post.
