The FP529 synchronization rope set is a complete spare parts set for the Kroemer VPL16-5.0T-RC 4-post lift. The four steel ropes connect the individual posts and platforms and support the even movement of the runways when raising and lowering the lift.

A 4-post lift uses four synchronization ropes of different lengths. The FP529 set contains all four required versions, allowing the existing ropes to be replaced completely:

• Short synchronization rope FP530: 4,080 mm
• Medium synchronization rope FP531: 5,575 mm
• Long synchronization rope FP532: 9,455 mm
• Very long synchronization rope FP533: 10,960 mm

All four ropes can also be ordered individually. However, when purchasing the complete FP529 synchronization rope set, you benefit from a reduced set price compared with purchasing the ropes individually. The complete set is therefore particularly suitable for comprehensive maintenance where all synchronization ropes are to be replaced at the same time.

During regular operation, the synchronization ropes are continuously subjected to mechanical loads. Corrosion, broken individual wires, deformation or incorrect rope tension can impair the even operation of the lift. Timely replacement of worn ropes supports reliable operation and professional maintenance of the lift.

Important application note

Before ordering, check the lift model as well as the markings and lengths of the existing synchronization ropes. A serial number or identification marking is located at both ends of the ropes and usually provides information about the rope version and its respective length.

The four synchronization ropes have different lengths and must be assigned to their designated positions during installation. The short, medium, long and very long versions must not be confused with one another.

Replacement as well as subsequent tensioning and adjustment of the synchronization ropes must only be carried out by qualified personnel with the lift fully lowered, switched off and secured against unintentional activation. After installation, the rope routing, fastenings, rope tension and even lifting movement must be carefully checked.
