Important application note

Before ordering, carefully check the lift model, item number and length of the existing equalising cable. As a 4-post lift uses four cables of different lengths, the short, medium, long and extra-long versions must not be confused with one another.

A serial number or marking is located at both ends of the equalising cable. This generally includes the cable length, often at the end of the marking. Compare this information with the existing cable to select the correct replacement part.

Replacement, tensioning and subsequent adjustment of the equalising cable must only be carried out by qualified personnel when the lift is fully lowered, switched off and secured against unintentional activation.
