The XX442 hydraulic gear pump is a suitable replacement part for compatible Kroemer drive-on scissor lifts. It is installed within the hydraulic power unit and pumps the hydraulic oil through the system. This supports reliable pressure build-up and smooth lifting movement of the runways.

Important application note

Before ordering, carefully compare the model marking, the displacement of 5.8 cm³/rev., the housing shape, connection positions, dimensions and arrow marking with the existing hydraulic pump. Even visually similar hydraulic pumps may differ in terms of displacement, direction of rotation and connection dimensions.

Replacement must only be carried out by qualified personnel when the lift is fully lowered, switched off and secured against unintentional activation. The hydraulic system must be depressurised before dismantling.

After installation, check that the connections and seals are correctly fitted and leak-tight. The hydraulic oil level, pumping direction, pressure build-up and smooth raising and lowering movement of the lift must also be checked.
