Drive-On Scissor Lift XX85 – 5,500 kg Lifting Capacity & 2,200 mm Lifting Height

The XX85 vehicle inspection lift offers a lifting height of 2,200 mm (excluding the wheel-free lift), an integrated wheel-free lift with up to 425 mm lifting height, and a lifting time of just 75 seconds – ideal for professional maintenance work on tyres, suspension and bodywork. Thanks to its high lifting capacity of 5,500 kg, almost all vehicle types can be lifted safely and efficiently – from passenger cars to light commercial vehicles.

Flexible Installation: In-Ground or Above-Ground

The scissor lift was developed for in-ground installation but can also be installed above ground without excavation. Please note that additional drive-on ramps are required for above-ground installation. This makes the lift extremely flexible and allows it to be adapted to different workshop conditions.

Versatile Use – Ideal for Wheel Alignment* and Vehicle Inspection

The XX85 scissor lift is supplied as standard with a wheel-free lift (1,631 mm long), making it ideal for wheel alignment work*.

Thanks to optional drive-on ramps, the lift can also be used as an above-ground lift and flexibly as a vehicle inspection lift – ideal for modern automotive workshops.

The integrated guide rails also allow an axle jack to be installed quickly and easily, significantly improving efficiency in everyday workshop operations.

High-Quality Construction & Durability

The lift features a robust powder-coated surface that provides reliable protection against scratches and wear. Galvanized screws and bolts ensure excellent corrosion resistance and contribute to a long service life of the entire structure.

For maximum safety, the XX85 is equipped with an integrated CE stop and an acoustic warning signal for foot protection during lowering.

Technical Requirements & Commissioning Information

The following requirements must be met for initial operation:

• Compressor with at least 10 bar
• 25 litres of hydraulic oil

Minimum room height:

3.20–5.50 m (double scissor lift, depending on model and vehicle height)

Important:

After 2 months or 30 lifting cycles: first oil change, then annually.
