Vehicle Inspection Lift XX84 – 4,000 kg Lifting Capacity & up to 1,850 mm Lifting Height

The XX84 vehicle inspection lift offers a lifting height of 1,850 mm, while the wheel-free lift reaches up to 500 mm – ideal for professional maintenance work on tyres, suspension and bodywork. Thanks to its high lifting capacity of 4,000 kg, almost all vehicle types can be lifted safely and efficiently – from passenger cars to light commercial vehicles.

Flexible Installation: In-Ground or Above-Ground

Although the scissor lift is designed for in-ground installation, it can also be installed above ground without excavation. This provides maximum flexibility and allows the lift to adapt perfectly to different workshop environments.

Please note: For above-ground installation, additional drive-on ramps are required. These are available in our online shop under article number XX526.

Versatile Use – Ideal for Wheel Alignment* and Vehicle Inspection

The XX84 scissor lift is supplied as standard with a wheel-free lift, making it ideal for wheel alignment work*.

With the optional drive-on ramps, the lift can also be used as an above-ground lift and flexibly as a vehicle inspection lift – ideal for modern automotive workshops.

Thanks to the integrated guide rails, an axle-free jack can be retrofitted quickly and easily, noticeably improving efficiency and workflow in the workshop.

Durable & High-Quality Construction

The lift features a durable powder-coated surface, providing long-lasting protection against scratches and wear. Galvanized screws and bolts offer excellent corrosion resistance and help ensure a long service life for the entire structure.

For maximum safety, the XX84 is equipped with a CE stop and an acoustic warning signal for foot protection during lowering.

Commissioning Information and Technical Requirements

The following requirements must be observed before initial operation:

• Compressor with at least 10 bar
• 25 litres of hydraulic oil

Minimum room height:

• 3.20 – 5.50 m for double scissor lifts, depending on the model and vehicle height

Important:

After commissioning: first oil change after 2 months, then annually.
