Kroemer RM24N Tyre Changer with Assist Arm
The Kroemer RM24N tyre changer is a powerful machine designed for professional tyre fitting in workshops, tyre service centres and garages. With its wide clamping range and the right-hand assist arm included as standard, it supports comfortable and efficient fitting and removal of various tyres and rims.
The turntable offers an external clamping range of 12" to 24" and an internal clamping range of 14" to 26". This makes the RM24N suitable for a wide range of common wheel sizes. Wheels with a maximum diameter of 45" (1,143 mm) and a rim width of up to 16" (406 mm) can be handled.
Powerful tyre fitting with assist arm
Especially when working with stiffer tyres, the right-hand assist arm makes handling the wheel easier and supports the operator throughout the fitting process. The integrated bead pressing roller helps keep the tyre bead securely and controllably in position during fitting.
A bead-breaking force of 3,000 kg is available for separating the tyre bead from the rim. This allows even firmly seated tyres to be released reliably. The side-mounted bead breaker blade enables controlled operation.
Designed for daily workshop use
The RM24N requires a compressed-air supply of 8 to 10 bar and has a drive power of 0.75 kW. Depending on the selected version, the tyre changer is available with 230 V or 400 V.
With a noise level of less than 70 dB, the machine combines powerful technology with a comparatively comfortable working environment.
In addition to the right-hand assist arm, the scope of delivery includes a bead pressing roller, pneumatic mounting arm, bead breaker blade, tyre lever and mounting grease with brush.
The Kroemer RM24N therefore provides practical equipment for efficient tyre fitting and is a suitable solution for workshops that regularly handle different wheel sizes.
