RW11N Wheel Balancing Machine with Display, Laser and Automatic Rim Data Acquisition

The Kroemer RW11N is a semi-automatic wheel balancing machine designed for reliable balancing of passenger car and light commercial vehicle wheels. The clear on-screen menu, automatic rim data acquisition and laser-assisted weight positioning provide a structured workflow for everyday tyre servicing.

As the successor to the RW11, this model is suitable for workshops, tyre specialists and demanding users who value easy operation and reproducible measurement results. Various balancing programmes support steel and alloy wheels.

Guided Balancing Process via the Display

The measurement results and required balancing weights are clearly shown on the screen. This allows the operator to identify the measured imbalance quickly and follow the next steps of the balancing process.

The integrated measuring arm records the rim offset, rim diameter and rim width. Automatic acquisition of the rim dimensions reduces manual data entry and speeds up preparation for the measuring process.

Once the wheel guard is lowered, measurement starts automatically. Within seconds, the RW11N determines the imbalance of the mounted wheel and displays the required balancing weight and its intended position.

Laser Assistance for Precise Weight Placement

The integrated laser indicates the intended position of the balancing weight at 6 o'clock. This makes it easier to position adhesive weights accurately inside the rim.

An LED light improves visibility in the working area and assists with weight installation on deep or hard-to-access rims. The manual locking brake allows the wheel to be held securely in the desired position during weight installation.

Various ALU programmes are available for alloy wheels. The split-weight function allows adhesive weights to be positioned discreetly behind the wheel spokes.
