With an impressive maximum lift height of 2.05 m (without wheel lift) and a lifting time of just 75 seconds, a Kroemer scissor lift is an essential tool for almost all maintenance work on tyres and lower body components.

This professional Kroemer scissor lift is designed specifically for underfloor installation but can also be installed at ground level as an alternative. With a robust load capacity of 4,000 kg, the XX81 model can handle virtually any vehicle – except caravans.

By adding optional drive-on ramps, the XX81 automatic lift can also function as a convenient drive-over lift. It can even be used as a loading platform, and the integrated LED lighting ensures perfect visibility at all times.

The Kroemer double lift is exceptionally well equipped for wheel alignment. Its extra-long wheel-free lift (18,200 mm) makes working on wheel axles easier and more efficient. The lift also features a removable locking system, rear swing plates, and recesses for turntables – allowing quick, precise, and professional alignment work. Cross-adjustable, lockable sliding plates complete the comprehensive Kroemer package.

The XX81 ensures absolute precision. The scissors are raised and lowered evenly by a hydraulic synchronous control system, guaranteeing consistent performance. In addition, the lift is equipped with a light barrier for enhanced synchronisation control.

As the official manufacturer of our lifting platforms, Kroemer Handelsgesellschaft mbH maintains its own service workshop and customer training centre, providing expert support and product knowledge to all customers.

The XX81 scissor lift has been tested and approved in accordance with the Machinery Directive, Annex IV, including a full type examination, and is therefore supplied with CE certification from one of Europe’s leading testing agencies specialising exclusively in lifting platforms.

Beyond standard CE requirements, both the platform and the control panel undergo individual functionality testing prior to sale — ensuring the highest level of reliability and safety in every Kroemer lift.

Note:

For initial commissioning, you will need a compressor (min. 10 bar) and hydraulic oil* (25 litres required, see operating instructions). A forklift truck should also be available for delivery. To ensure trouble-free operation of the lift and to avoid damage to the vehicle/ceiling, the room height must be at least 3.20 m or 3.50 m for mid-rise scissor lifts and 4.20 m or 4.50 m for full-rise scissor lifts (depending on the vehicle and lift height). Please refer to the technical drawing for the dimensions of the lift.
