Looking for a drive-on scissor lift for in-ground installation? The Kroemer XX81 professional drive-on scissor lift provides a powerful solution for professional workshop applications. With a maximum lifting height of 2.05 m (without the wheel-free lift) and a lifting time of only 75 seconds, it is suitable for a wide range of maintenance work on tyres, suspension and lower vehicle body components.

The Kroemer XX81 is specifically designed for in-ground installation. Alternatively, above-ground installation without a floor recess is also possible. With a lifting capacity of 4,000 kg, the XX81 is suitable for a wide range of vehicles.

By purchasing additional drive-on ramps, the XX81 can optionally also be used as a drive-through lift. It is also particularly suitable as a vehicle inspection and reception lift. The integrated LED lighting provides excellent visibility during inspections.

The XX81 is ideally suited for flush-floor installation. Lifting and lowering are conveniently controlled using push buttons on the control unit, making everyday operation straightforward and comfortable.

Does your vehicle have a longer wheelbase? The XX81 features particularly large 4.50 m long runways, providing ample space for a wide variety of vehicles. This gives the lift a broad range of applications across different vehicle types and lifting points.

The Kroemer XX81 is also well equipped for wheel alignment work*. Its particularly long wheel-free lift (18,200 mm) facilitates work on axles and wheel assemblies. The lift also features a set-down locking system, rear slip plates and recesses for turntables. Laterally adjustable and lockable sliding plates complete the equipment package.

The XX81 supports precise workshop work. The scissor assemblies are raised and lowered evenly by means of hydraulic synchronization control. In addition, the scissor lift features a light barrier for synchronization monitoring.

As we are listed as the manufacturer of our lifts, we also operate our own service workshop and customer training centre.

The XX81 scissor lift has been tested and approved in accordance with Annex IV of the Machinery Directive, including type examination, and therefore carries CE certification issued by a specialist inspection body focused on vehicle lifts.

In addition to the standard CE inspections, both the lift and the control unit are individually function-tested before sale.

Important:

For initial commissioning, you will require a compressor with at least 10 bar as well as hydraulic oil* (25 litres required; please observe the operating instructions). A forklift should also be available for unloading.

For safe and trouble-free operation and to prevent damage to vehicles or ceilings, a minimum room height of 3.20 m or 3.50 m for short-rise scissor lifts and 4.20 m or 4.50 m for double scissor lifts is required, depending on vehicle height and lift height. Please refer to the technical drawing for the exact dimensions.

Note:

By purchasing additional drive-on ramps, the lift can optionally also be operated as an above-ground lift. The Kroemer XX81 is also ideally suited as a vehicle inspection lift. The integrated LED lighting ensures excellent visibility during work.

The XX81 is particularly suitable for flush-floor installation. Optional installation is available from €1,500.00 throughout Germany. Please note that the full warranty applies only when installation is carried out by Kroemer. If the lift is installed by another specialist company, the corresponding warranty obligations transfer to the company carrying out the installation. The installation instructions supplied are only a basic guide and do not illustrate every individual installation step.

No separate axle-free lift is intended for this model.
