With an impressive lifting height of 1,850 mm in an in-ground installation and a lifting time of just 50 seconds, the Kroemer XX64 scissor lift is the ideal solution for virtually all maintenance and repair work on tyres, suspension and bodywork. Professional workshops and tyre service centres place particularly high demands on lifting technology – requirements the XX64 meets with ease. Thanks to its heavy-duty scissor structure and high-quality, particularly robust construction, the XX64 offers a lifting capacity of 4.0 tonnes, making it suitable for heavier vehicles and intensive daily workshop use.

According to its CE certification, the XX64 must be installed as an in-ground lift. This creates a completely flush installation with a drive-over height of just 0 mm, providing maximum convenience and safety when driving onto the lift. Professionals are not the only users who benefit from this powerful lift – ambitious private users also appreciate its robust construction and convenient in-ground installation.

Thanks to its four extendable drive-on ramps, the XX64 is particularly well suited to vehicles with a long wheelbase. It is suitable for wheelbases exceeding 3,000 mm, making it suitable for vehicles such as the Multivan. Whether saloon, SUV, light commercial vehicle or VW T6 with a standard wheelbase, the lift provides the flexibility required for a wide variety of vehicle types. The extra-large ramps, with a length of up to 2,435 mm and a width of 540 mm, ensure optimum vehicle positioning. Even demanding vehicles such as sports cars or large SUVs can be lifted safely and comfortably. The moving scissor assemblies have also been reinforced, making the lift particularly suitable for daily use with SUVs. This also explains its higher lifting capacity compared with the XX63 model.

To ensure that your lift retains a professional appearance even after years of use, the XX64 is finished with a high-quality DUPONT® powder coating. This provides reliable protection against scratches, corrosion and the everyday demands of workshop use. For additional durability, the platform, base plate and drive-on ramps are galvanized and additionally painted. This provides reliable protection against corrosion, moisture and typical workshop stresses.

During the development of the XX64, particular attention was paid to durability and low maintenance requirements. A common weak point in many scissor lifts is corrosion of the pneumatic cylinders. For this reason, Kroemer lifts are fitted as standard with an integrated compressed-air lubricator, which helps reduce moisture within the compressed-air system and thereby extends the service life of the components.

Kroemer also relies on high-quality technology in the hydraulic system. The hard-chrome-plated cylinders are manufactured to high quality standards and offer excellent reliability, long service life and low maintenance requirements. Special double-wall hydraulic cylinders are optionally available to reduce the likelihood of failure and significantly minimise maintenance requirements.

The newly developed drive motor operates completely immersed in oil and therefore runs particularly quietly. This creates a more pleasant working environment, even during intensive daily workshop use.

For increased safety during everyday operation, the XX64 is equipped with an acoustic warning signal for foot protection. The control unit also features modern resettable circuit breakers instead of conventional glass fuses. An integrated manoeuvring aid makes operation easier and supports reliable, practical workshop use.

NOTE: For trouble-free operation of the lift and to prevent damage to the vehicle or ceiling, a minimum room height of 3.20 m or 3.50 m for short-rise scissor lifts and 4.20 m or 4.50 m for double scissor lifts must be available, depending on the height of the vehicle and the lifting height of the lift. Please refer to the technical drawing for the lift dimensions.
