In-ground double scissor lift Kroemer XX64 – galvanised, 4,000 kg lifting capacity

The Kroemer XX64 double scissor lift has been developed for professional use in workshops and service centres. With a 4,000 kg lifting capacity, a lifting height of up to 1,850 mm and a lifting time of approx. 50 seconds, it is suitable for passenger cars, SUVs and larger vehicles with a longer wheelbase.

The reinforced scissor construction, extendable platforms and the specified in-ground installation with 0 mm drive-over height make the XX64 particularly flexible for everyday workshop use.

Technically advanced model generation

The Kroemer XX64 belongs to a technically optimised and further developed generation of our double scissor lifts. Its construction, components and operating comfort have been specifically revised to further improve reliability, durability and practicality in everyday workshop use.

In particular, the reinforced scissor construction, the increased 4,000 kg lifting capacity and additional corrosion protection on key components make the XX64 a robust solution for professional workshop use.

In-ground installation with 0 mm drive-over height

The XX64 is designed to be installed as an in-ground lift. When fully lowered, this creates a completely level driving surface with a drive-over height of 0 mm.

This makes access easier, especially for lowered vehicles, while also providing a tidy and unobstructed workshop floor.

Flexible platforms for different vehicle sizes

The four extendable ramps increase the usable lifting area and allow flexible adjustment to different vehicle lengths.

With a platform length of up to 2,435 mm and a width of 540 mm, the XX64 is also suitable for vehicles with a longer wheelbase. In addition to standard passenger cars, it can accommodate SUVs, vans and, for example, a VW T6 with a standard wheelbase.

The reinforced scissor construction supports stable vehicle lifting and is specifically designed for higher loads in daily workshop use.

Designed for long-term workshop use

The XX64 is designed for high loads and extended operating periods. Highly stressed components have been optimised for stability, reliability and ease of maintenance.

The pneumatic safety system supports reliable locking of the lift. The corresponding compressed-air maintenance unit helps protect the pneumatic components during everyday operation.

The hydraulic system is also designed for professional use. The hard-chromed hydraulic cylinders feature resistant surfaces and support reliable, long-lasting operation.

Depending on the configuration, additional hydraulic components for higher requirements are available as optional extras.

Low-noise operation

The newly developed drive operates within the oil circuit, allowing comparatively quiet operation. This noticeably improves working comfort, particularly during frequent workshop use.

Galvanised components and robust surface coating

For improved protection against corrosion and typical workshop stresses, the XX64 platforms, base plates and ramps are galvanised and additionally painted.

The high-quality powder coating also protects the steel construction against mechanical stress and supports a long service life.

Safety and practical operation

For daily workshop use, the XX64 is equipped with various safety and operating features. An acoustic warning signal during lowering helps protect against crushing hazards in the foot area.

The control unit is also fitted with modern circuit breakers instead of conventional glass fuses. An integrated guide mechanism supports practical and reliable operation of the lift.

IMPORTANT: To ensure trouble-free operation of the lift and to avoid damage to vehicles or ceilings, a minimum room height of 3.20 m or 3.50 m is required for short-rise scissor lifts and 4.20 m or 4.50 m for double scissor lifts, depending on the vehicle height and lifting height of the lift. Please refer to the technical drawing for the exact dimensions.

*The steel frame serves as transport protection and may show scratches or damage. These can be easily repaired by a qualified specialist.
