4-post floor lift Kroemer FP57 – 5,000 kg lifting capacity & 5 metre lifting height

The Kroemer FP57 is an exceptionally heavy-duty 4-post lift for professional applications where high lifting capacity, exceptional lifting height and a large platform are required. With a lifting capacity of 5,000 kg, a lifting height of up to 5,000 mm and platform dimensions of 6 × 3.5 metres, the FP57 is suitable for both maintenance and servicing work as well as use as a powerful parking and multi-level lift.

With a net weight of approx. 4,500 kg and its robust steel construction, the FP57 is designed for high loads and long-term professional use.

Heavy-duty construction with 5,000 kg lifting capacity

The FP57 has been designed for high mechanical loads. Its heavy-duty 4-post construction provides a lifting capacity of 5,000 kg and is therefore also suitable for larger and heavier vehicles.

Particularly robust safety and drive components support reliable operation. The structure is manufactured using precise production methods such as laser cutting and robotic welding.

Powerful hydraulic drive

The 5.5 kW hydraulic motor provides the power required to lift heavy vehicles. Depending on load and operating conditions, the lifting time is a maximum of approx. 3 minutes.

Operation is conveniently controlled via a 24 V control unit. Raising and lowering are carried out easily using the designated controls.

Foundation and professional installation

Due to the size, net weight and lifting height of the FP57, the requirements for the foundation, anchoring and installation site must be carefully checked before installation.

The FP57 must be delivered and installed by Kroemer. Purchase is therefore only possible in combination with the Kroemer ABS04 installation service. Additional installation costs of currently approx. €3,000 apply.

Before ordering, please carefully check all requirements of the ABS04 installation service and the valid foundation plan. Any deviations must be agreed in writing in advance.

--- IMPORTANT NOTICE --- The customer must provide a suitable forklift with a lifting capacity of at least 4 tonnes for unloading.

Custom-made product and ordering

The FP57 is manufactured as a custom-made product to order. For commercial orders, the standard 14-day return right therefore does not apply to this individually manufactured lift. Sales to private customers are only possible following prior written agreement.

A wide range of spare and wear parts is also available for Kroemer lifts, supporting maintenance and long-term servicing.

This model is also supplied with the comprehensive Kroemer warranty. The FP57 4-post vehicle lift has been tested and approved in accordance with Annex IV of the Machinery Directive with type examination and manufactured in compliance with the applicable ISO and CE requirements. Should a component ever require replacement, suitable spare parts are available in our shop.

Our products are covered by Allianz product liability insurance and public liability insurance.

For initial commissioning, DIN HLP 46 hydraulic oil is required (50 litres). Before operation, the operating instructions, concrete foundation plan and operating and maintenance manual must be read carefully.

Electrical work must be carried out by appropriately authorised qualified personnel.

Important: For commercial purchases of this lift, the 14-day return right for business customers does not apply, as this lift type is manufactured to order after purchase. Private purchases are only possible with written permission.

Purchase is only possible in combination with the Kroemer ABS04 installation service. Additional costs apply.
