The Kroemer FP55 floor lift is an exceptionally robust 4-post lift designed for applications where vehicles need to be raised to particularly great heights. With a 3,000 kg lifting capacity, a maximum lifting height of 5,440 mm and a 5,800 mm long platform, the FP55 is particularly suitable for multi-level parking and storage solutions as well as demanding commercial applications.

Its robust construction, powerful hydraulic system and comprehensive safety system are designed for long-term professional use. The anthracite finish, approximately equivalent to RAL 7016, also gives the lift a high-quality and modern appearance.

Exceptional lifting height for multi-level and parking solutions

With a maximum lifting height of 5,440 mm, the FP55 clearly stands apart from conventional workshop and parking lifts. This makes it possible to reach higher parking or storage levels and make efficient use of available building height.

The generous platform length of 5,800 mm provides sufficient space for a wide range of passenger cars and supports safe vehicle positioning on the platform.

Heavy-duty construction for professional use

The FP55 has been designed for high mechanical loads. Particularly robust columns, a heavy-duty steel construction and a reinforced LH1266 safety and drive chain form the basis for its use as a powerful floor lift.

The platform features a non-slip surface to support safe vehicle positioning. In addition, the durable powder coating protects the steel structure against typical stresses encountered during daily operation.

Powerful hydraulics and convenient operation

The 4 kW hydraulic drive provides the power required to lift vehicles weighing up to 3,000 kg. The hydraulic cylinders feature double seals and are designed for reliable operation.

Control is via a 24 V control panel. A remote control is also included, allowing convenient operation of the floor lift.

Automatic safety system

The FP55 safety locks are automatically released using compressed air. This integrates operation of the safety system comfortably into the working process.

An external 10 bar compressor is required for operation. It is not included in the scope of delivery.

Professional installation

Important: The FP55 must be delivered and installed by Kroemer. Installation costs are approximately €3,000. Please carefully read the required conditions under item number ABS04. By purchasing the lift, you accept these requirements. Any changes are only permitted following written confirmation from the workshop manager.

The FP55 can be used for virtually all maintenance work on tyres and lower body components and is also very suitable as a parking lift. With a lifting height of more than 5 metres and a powerful 24 V control system, it can easily reach elevated parking positions.

The 4-post lift is manufactured with high precision using laser cutting technology. This enables Kroemer to provide a high level of manufacturing quality. Your new Kroemer 4-post lift is finished with a powder coating, making the surface particularly resistant to scratches.

For initial commissioning, DIN HLP 46 hydraulic oil is required (50 litres). Before operation, the operating instructions, concrete foundation plan and operating and maintenance manual must be read carefully.

Electrical work must be carried out by appropriately authorised qualified personnel.
