Professional Kroemer RM77 Tyre Changer – 12–26 Inch Clamping Range, Helper Arm & Automatic Tyre Removal

The Kroemer RM77 tyre changer is designed for professional workshop use and features a large clamping range of up to 26 inches, a right-hand helper arm and an automatic mounting head for particularly efficient tyre fitting. The self-centring 4-jaw clamping system with 3-stage quick adjustment enables flexible handling of a wide variety of rims and tyres. The RM77 offers particularly high operating convenience when working with run-flat, UHP, low-profile and wide tyres over 300 mm. With fitting and removal times of approximately 60 seconds each, it is a powerful solution for workshops carrying out regular tyre service.

The RM77 provides everything required for fitting and removing tyres and is comprehensively equipped for professional tyre service.

The pneumatically tilting mounting arm, together with the additional integrated helper arm, makes working on rims and tyres significantly more efficient and saves valuable time while helping to protect the rim during fitting.

The RM77 is equipped with an automatic mounting head. This makes tyre removal easier, particularly for tyres with stiff sidewalls such as run-flat tyres, and in many cases eliminates the need for a tyre lever.

Thanks to its wide adjustment range and self-centring 4-jaw clamping system with 3-stage quick adjustment, rims with an external diameter from 12" (305 mm) to 26" (660 mm) can be handled with ease – ideal for passenger cars and small vans.

An automatic function for fully opening and closing the clamping jaws is also integrated.

The control unit, operated by ergonomically positioned foot pedals, provides precise control of the clamping jaws, turntable and bead-breaker blade, allowing particularly accurate and controlled operation.

The side-mounted bead-breaker blade reliably separates the tyre from the rim, while the appropriate adapter also allows motorcycle tyres to be fitted and removed without difficulty.

If the plastic components of the clamping jaws or mounting head become worn after an intensive tyre season, they can be replaced easily.
